Process Involved:
All the student members would have to undergo a written test which will be organized 2-3 days before the placement week.
Depending upon the performance in the written test Student will be issued Score Card.
This score card will determine which student will appear for which company.
Companies will have their own selection which will include written test, GD & PI Rounds. Written test done by Indian HR Network is only done to determine the level of student after which he will be allowed to appear in the company depending on his score card.
